stats-ingest — anonymous usage counters for nicutools.org and related tools.

This service records feature-usage counts only: which tool was opened, how
many times. It stores no patient data, no free text, no IP addresses, no
user or device identifiers. Country is derived from the network request
itself and is the only location data held.

There is no website here. Events are submitted by POST /e.
